1. Delivery Area
We offer delivery services within Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. Please check if your address is within our delivery zone before placing an order.
2. Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Process
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
- Please note that we're using a third party currier for delivery such as Pos Laju/Ninja Van/JnT.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
4. Prescription Medications
- Prescription medications require a valid prescription. Please ensure your prescription is uploaded or provided at the time of ordering.
- Our pharmacist may contact you to confirm prescription details before dispatching the medication.
5. Delivery Issues
- If you do not receive your order within the specified time, please contact our customer service team at 019-878 9126.
- In case of incorrect or damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
6. Non-Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information or if no one is available to receive the order, the order will be returned to the pharmacy. Redelivery can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
