4. Return Process

5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
7. Exchanges

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.
- We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
